Terms and conditions Lease Agreement

Booking fee equivalent to one month lease rate
|

Contract signing date within 7 days after booking fee payment.
|
|
|
Lease contract minimum 3 years with an option to renew.

6- month deposit and one month lease payment in advance, payable on the date of
contract signing.

|
|
Lease rate will be adjusted every 3 years, the rental increase shall not exceed
10% per annum.
